Bridge and Remortgage
This calculator is to be used for property purchased using bridging or private finance
Chainbreak
This calculator is to be used for chainbreak deals where you purchase the lower property in the chain
Circular Finance
This calculator is to be used for property purchased using circular finance where the vendor will buy back a right to a future profit share in the property
